The photo MUST BE OF YOU. Please refrain from submitting pictures of your friend, family member, dog, cat, mini-van etc. Photos with obscene gestures or anything found to be offensive will not be accepted.

Photo Image Size must be a MINIMUM Size of 800 x 600 pixels:

The Photo needs to be Clear (not blurry or pixilated) and please do not send in photos that cut off your face or hair. Your head should take up 2/3 of the picture. The general rule of thumb: Large Clear Pictures straight from your digital camera work best. No web cam pics or Facebook grabs please.

I hereby give "Joy Apparel" irrevocable right and permission, in connection with the photographs / negatives / digital images submitted, the following: a) The right to use and reuse, in any manner at all, said photographs / negatives/ digital images, in whole or in part either by themselves or in conjunction with other photographs / negatives / videos / digital images for the purpose of re-creating a physical likeness to be printed on the Joy Apparel line of clothing and any purposes whatsoever, including all promotional and advertising uses as well as using my name and country of birth in connection therewith if it is so desired; and b) The right to copyright said photographs / negatives / videos / digital images in the name of "Joy Apparel." The right for the physical likeness created from the submitted photograph to be printed on any Joy Apparel product as well as to be published on the Joy Apparel Website. c) I hereby understand that there will be no compensation of any sort for any material provided. At no time may I claim any rights or royalties to a physical likeness created from a submitted photo and used for Joy Apparel in any manner. It is understood between both parties that there will be no remuneration of any sort whatsoever at any time. I hereby forever release and discharge "Joy Apparel" from any and all claims, actions and demands arising out of, or in connection with, the use of said photographs / negatives/ digital images, including, without limitation, any and all claims for invasion of privacy and libel. I agree that I will not assert or maintain against Joy Apparle Inc, any claim whatsoever, including but not limited to those grounded upon rights of publicity or any other civil rights, or for any reason in connection with your authorized use of my physical likeness as herein provided. This release shall insure to the benefit of the assigns, licensees and legal representatives of the "Joy Apparel" as well as the party(ies) for whom photographs / negatives / videos / digital images were submitted. I represent that I am over the age of 18 and that I have read the foregoing and fully and completely, understand the contents hereof.
